Choose up to 50 team members to enjoy this light and accessible, yet thought provoking workshop that gives staff an insight into who they are and how they make a difference in customer service. Every company is directly affected by an individuals positive or negative mind set. This affects the well-being of the individual member and the environment of your establishment as a whole. We demonstrate the Benefits and Long-Term Profits associated with Consistent and Excellent Customer and B2B Services; and ultimately how it starts from ones own Perception of Self. An employees self-perception could have s strong effect on Productivity, Initiative and Work Output. To be highly effective, it is beneficial for a community of staff to have a more positive perception of themselves as individuals. We believe that Self-Esteem and Self-Awareness form the foundation from which a person can look at their career prospects with Aspiration and Hope. This workshop aims to encourage participants to identify their needs as a customer to better understand the mind of those that they encounter as part of your business structure. Front line employees become the face of any brand. It is therefor essential they behave with empathy above all to best engage customers in sales and returns. First we discuss the mind and then we discuss the material and how self care and self grooming can inspire a new sense of ownership and responsibility!
