Spa Where You Are
To practise random acts of kindness
To be open to receiving and accepting kindness
To raise your vibration to receiving more by giving more
Kindness is like a natural anti depressant because it causes a release of serotonin in our brain
You will feel great about yourself
You will have smiles and make smiles all round
"Any Exercise is Better Then No Exercise."
MIND OVER BODY
According to Dr. David R. Hamilton, acts of kindness create an emotional warmth, which releases a happy, loving hormone.
Oxytocin causes the release of a chemical called nitric oxide, which dilates the blood vessels.
This reduces blood pressure and, therefore, oxytocin is known as a “cardioprotective” hormone.
It protects the heart by lowering blood pressure." Dr David Hamilton
