Embracing your power to choose
ASSIST OR RESIST
Any thoughts you have, that demean you, put you down or beat you up, can be ACCEPTED or REJECTED by conscious mind.
"NAGATIVE" THOUGHTS stop you in your tracks and prevent you from moving forward.
The more you CHOOSE to REJECT these messages as soon as they pop up, the better you will become at changing incorrect thought patterns.
In the next section you will develop a better sense of your attributes.
You can learn to REPLACE nagative thoughts with simple truths about yourself and your better nature and fundamental principles.
It can become a habit to self-reject when you do not put value on your principles.
Limiting beliefs that you hold about yourself can affect your attitude, behaviour and emotions.
"When it comes to negative thoughts you can RESIST them or ASSIST them - You have the power to choose what you believe."
What you CHOOSE to accept about yourself will create or destroy the LIMITING BELIEFS and ROAD BLOCKS that you have created for yourself.
Some of your limiting beliefs may have been created in childhood by what other people imposed on you.
But right now you can decide to STEP UP and carve out a new direction and pathway in your mind.
Like any muscle confidence in yourself can be developed. It is a skill that can be learned and implemented.
It just takes time and practice!
You can't change your mindset. But you can fill your mind, to maximum capacity, with new information.
Fill it until it overflows into your subconscious and develops a new way of thinking and responding.
Are you READY to STEP UP!
“If you say you are tired, then you will begin to feel tired. Feeling tired leads to sluggish behavior which generates fatigue rather than vibrant energy. What you focus on grows. If you focus on feeling unhealthy then you will tend to have unhealthy behaviors that follow."

Call it “the new I am”
Set it to go off 30 mins before you go to bed
Repeat daily for 30 days
Say these new statements every night before you go to bed as well as when your negative thoughts occur during the day.
