To have more in life we must operate under the universal “Law of Abundance”.

 

THANK FULL

An "Attitude of Gratitude" or an "Appearance of Appreciation" cultivates a calm, pleasant demeanor of control.


It's a quiet confidence that allows you to resonate from a place of inner peace.   

The more you can be grateful for, the more you will have to be grateful for.


This means when you want to go into a complaining mode, you can be more mindful of how you would respond in a way that actually wouldn't serve you.


Instead you chose a better attitude by looking for truths that you could be grateful for instead. 

 

THE CHALLENGE

To make gratitude a part of everyday life.

THE POST

  1. Take a picture of something or someone you are grateful for

  2. Upload it through to Instagram / Facebook

  3. Tag @myselfcentral plus any other relevant pages

If your challenges are being done privately create a word doc to journal your video and thoughts.

THE CAPTION

List the following:

  • 8 – 10 things you are grateful for today

  • 8 – 10 things you are grateful for in the future (as if you already have it)
