MAKE A HABIT
As soon as you open your eyes see the potential in the day.
Always splash your face with cold water to feel the freshness and brilliance the day holds. Give it a wash, get the sleep out your eyes so you can see the possibilities.
Use this time to reflect on your pre-dream statements.
Whatever you want in your life -
Think and Feel as if it is already yours.
Lock yourself into that feeling. Then release it as you begin your day.
While your brushing your teeth do the bounce and shake.

Research other ways to balance your hormones naturally. If you do this you will notice massive differences in your mood, weight and productivity.*
Moisturise. This doesn’t have to be expensive…. The less chemicals you put into your skin the better.
We are already saturated with them as is, so no need to add to the problem where possible.

As you go through the day, even with the mundane issues, as you complete them, see them as little wins.
When you have to do house work, see it as an opportunity to create your sanctuary, your palace. Tidy up consciously, and even exercise at the same time.
Make your home a place where you can find fun and rest.
