John Gray is one among many who has done tremendous research on the hormones and needs*** of men and woman. They are different, which means we need better food and different levels of supplements.

 

When our hormones are out of balance we can put on weight, women on the gut, men on the chest.

 

They can affect our emotions, mood, energy levels and even our ability to love can be stifled.
