Wow Your Wardrobe

Objective:

  • To be conscious of the assets you own

  • To understand the difference between self-acceptance and self-awareness

  • To dress to impress...yourself


The Benefits:

  • Find acceptance of who you are now and awareness of how to enhance you

  • To prepare yourself for the person you want to become

  • To dress with purpose and confidence

Many people have accepted their body shape but think that this acceptance means they can wear whatever they like.


There is still a balance between self-acceptance and self-awareness.


There is a way to flatter your figure no matter what size.


It’s about flattering and not flaunting.

 

The ideal is stylish and stunning. Not cheap and tacky.


Make shopping easier by knowing your shape and what suits you.


Dressing with intention makes you feel empowered. You make it a point to look and feel good, no matter where you’re going.

Hopefully y now you have completed your WADROBE CULL from Section 2 of Wow Your Wardrobe.

You should have got rid of everything and anything in your wardrobe that is needy, old, misshapen, bobbled, holed, tacky, out-dated.

You will now have a good idea of what you need to rebuild your wardrobe.

Remember Rome wasn't built in a day.

Take this slow, decide what you like to wear on a daily basis, for me it is leggings, so I knew that what I needed in my wardrobe was long line tops.

I dyed some of my clothes, got rid of a load and restocked my wardrobe with bits from the “vintage” outlets (or charity shops!)

Even though I was on a budget I managed to revamp my style in a matter of weeks.

Only keep your best clothes.

The ones that make you feel the best.

The ones that enhance your figure

The ones that compliment your skin tone and complexion

The ones that shape your body

The ones that hide your insecurities

 

THE CHALLENGE

  1. Put together 5 outfits from your new wardrobe that reflect your new style

  2. Take pictures in your 5 best outfits include looks for:

  • Evening Out

  • Casual Wear

  • Lunch Date

  • Shopping Trip
