To change how I feel I must communicate, think and act as if it already is
To change what I have to what I want I communicate, think and act as if I already have it.
This is an act of faith, not stupidity.
So if you want to become a millionaire don't go spending as if you already are.
However, the attributes that it takes to become a millionaire - that is what you want to emulate.
Using this scenario you would act as a millionaire in terms of:
What podcasts they would listen to?
Books they would read?
How would they conduct themselves in high society?
How they would dress? (find options in your budget)
What do successful people spend their time doing?
Trick yourself into believing you are what you want to be. It will begin to melt into your subconscious mind, like buttery toast! "ummm buttery toast!" Its literally that simple.
In order to create your reality the body must be directed, this is done through your words or creation in its present state. Ultimately this is the law of attraction but it works through the law of belief.

TURN IT AROUND
We can literally trick our body into feeling positive, happy and confident by our body language.
Our body language is the communication link between our body and mind. And one can be swayed by the other.
By consciously holding yourself upright, speaking slowly and smiling you can trick your body into believing it is confident.
This is the law of “Fake it ‘til you make it!”
I have done this myself and I know it works!
I put this law to use and lost 2 stone! Yes...you read that right! 2 STONE!
I positioned my mirror right in front of my toilet, the worst place you can possibly look!
I said to myself everyday, whilst looking at the rolls and floppy bits...
"You look slim..."
"You look sexy!"
I am not joking...in a month I dropped a stone! The next stone came off easily within another 6 weeks too!
I went from being 12st 9lbs to 10st 10lbs.
I started this just before I was due to appear on Channel 4's How to Lose Weight Well, because as we know...the camera adds 10lbs!
The 7 day Cabbage Soup diet helped my shift 5lbs, but the rest was sheer mind power!
Without doing any exercise or forcefully dieting, my relationship with food just changed!
Take 20 selfies and full length photos.
Find strong confident poses that embody the person you want to be.
Get into the habit of:
Sitting up straight
Resting your face
Pulling your shoulders back
Holding your head high
Look for people who have done what you want to do and copy how they act, what they say, what they do and how they carry themselves.
Good sites for Tips and Tricks:
Upload your six of your chosen pictures through Layout to Instagram / Facebook
If your challenges are being done privately create a word doc to journal your photos and thoughts.
