  • To develop the mentality to have what you want

  • To DO NOTHING physically, but go with the flow for action in the moment

  • Learn how to resonate with what you want before you have it

The Benefits:

  • Get into it before you get it

  • Feel the emotions of the end goal in the present - Alignment

"Before you can ever have what you want, by the laws of attraction, you must think and feel as if you already have it."

I imagine this to be like a the game temple run. 

 

 

You have to align yourself with the treasure, your goal, so you are in the right place to receive it.

 

This means actually emitting the emotions and thinking associated with having what you want, in the present, now!

THE CHALLENGE 

 

21 days to change a habit...

 

Think of something you want to achieve:

  • A new job

  • A new home

  • Redecorate

  • Start a hobby

  • Give up...food...smoking...drugs..drinking

  • Lose weight

Now for the next 21 days you are going to do NOTHING to physically achieve your goal.

 

Instead you will only use your pre-dream statements and reflection time alone to get into the mode of already having achieved your desire.

 

A new job

  • Make your job description

  • What do you want to do?

  • Where do you want to work?

  • What do you want the work environment to be like?

A new home

  • I have a house with...(bedrooms, garden etc)

  • I live...(where?)

Redecorate

  • I have a house with...

  • I live...

Start a hobby

  • I love doing...

  • It helps me...

Give up...food...smoking...drugs..drinking

  • I have the ideal body shape for my frame

  • I love my (trim / toned / slim / muscular) body

  • I am free from...

  • My time is spent productively

Lose weight

  • I crave the right foods for my body

  • I am my ideal weight

To have a meaningful relationship

  • I love and respect my life partner and they love and respect me

  • My relationships are long-lasting and fulfilling

Actually associate your mode with the emotions that will go with having what you want.

  • How will it feel?

  • What will it be like?

Top Tips

 

Hold your desire intensely and vividly in your mind for about 10 to 20 mins a day.

 

Hold yourself in the joy, success, happiness, freedom, relief etc that you will feel when you achieve your goal.

 

Then fully release it to your subconscious and to the universe. 

 

If at any point in the day thoughts of doubts, fears, worry, shame, guilt etc pop up realign yourself with your goal feelings and once again release it.
