EDUCATION SERVICES

The philosophy of becoming “Myself Central” is to encourage students  to start to putting their hopes, dreams and goals as the primary focus of their lives.

It gives them the strength to set boundaries with their peers as they endeavour to become more assured of who they are and what they want, for themselves.

This helps them to stand stronger against peer pressure and persuasions into activities that would detract them from the path they choose.

Family Workshop

Myself Central with it's partner Home & Castle believe in fostering strong family bonds and empowering individuals to thrive. Our community workshops offer families the opportunity to come together and learn valuable strategies for building harmonious relationships and creating a supportive home environment.

Led by Charmaine, a seasoned professional with extensive experience as a Head of House in secondary education, our workshops are designed to address common challenges faced by families today.

Charmaine's background in education, combined with her appearances on television programs such as Channel 5's Rich Kids Go Skint and her involvement with charity groups like Thrive Youth and One Vision in Watford, uniquely positions her to offer valuable insights and guidance to our workshop participants.

Through interactive activities and engaging discussions, families will learn effective communication techniques, practical strategies for managing conflict, and how to establish routines that promote balance and well-being.

By participating in our workshops, families can strengthen their bonds, improve their relationships, and create a supportive home environment where everyone can thrive.

Join us at a workshop near you and take the first steps towards building stronger, more resilient family connections.
