You have the power to literally choose what you want to believe. And belief in that concept alone shifts you into the alignment and the possibilities that can become realities.

"Your life CAN be whatever you want. Just play your position and play it well."

I wrote these challenges when I was at a low point. My journey, like many, left me at a place where I felt lost and helpless.

I had grown up with a loss of identity, insecurities about my appearance, rejection, daddy issues and an inferiority complex.

To say the least, I was carrying a lot of junk mail, and was subject to a lot of spamming, from the dark side of my mind.

After researching wellness and restoration methods of self-improvement, I began to see the pitfalls and blocks in my thinking and emotions, which caused me to stagnate in my life.

It was after learning about these techniques and methods for changing negative patterns that I decided to rewrite my own programme through a series of enhanceMEnts.

Just like that I did a CTRL, ALT, Delete on perpetuating the negative cycles I kept finding myself in.

I made a conscious decision to have a new approach to my life with vision and clarity, and I updated my software.

I became SELF-ish. I became Myself Central . "

The process has been developed into challenges and concepts that allows members of the enhanceMEnt Network, Enhanced Members and MAPper's, to do the same for themselves and others.

I found a way to tap into something inside of me that was stronger then my fear to stagnate. And it pulled me to the place I wanted to be.

"If others were doing it then why couldn’t I? And why can’t you?"

I started dissecting the fabric of my being and broke it down into sections:

Mind
Body
Soul (emotions)
Spirit (Subconscious)

I found though many teachings, research and documents, many thought, contrary to popular belief, that the soul and the spirit were seen as separate entities. In this it meant they responded differently within the various aspects of ones complete self.

I found myself drawn to the notion that my soul was the source of my emotions. Yet, it was my mind that translated these emotions, messages and thoughts, which once accepted, were received by my body and demonstrated in the reality I experienced.

I saw how my negative thoughts produced negative repercussions.

My spirit on the other hand, which operates in the subconscious, could only access thoughts and feelings on the level at which I was resonating. My frequency, my "vibe".

Therefore, when I operated and thought out of emotions based in fear, doubt and sadness, I was angry, frustrated, anxious or depressed.

That was the only level at which I could mentally process my emotions and reactions.

Because we can only attract like for like this also meant I was attracting more situations that caused me to be angry, frustrated, anxious and depressed.

When I began to make more conscious decisions and learnt which thoughts I needed to eject, it subconsciously raised my frequency.

This was and is an on-going system to allow my thoughts to keep me in alignment with my goals

My subconscious mind could only bring me what I told it to. So it was my job to start telling it what I wanted rather then wallowing in my emotions over what I didn't want.

This didn't mean I didn't still encounter difficult people or situations or have the same emotions come to the surface.

But, I was more consciously able to respond rather then react.

"I started to get better outcomes and results, ones

I chose and I wanted."

The thoughts that I had once accepted and believed were misrepresented. They can from a place of inferiority and insecurity, fear!

I realised I couldn’t move forward when I chose to base my life and circumstantial choices on these false beliefs.

These low vibrational thoughts are subtle, that niggling voice that whispers in your ear. I call them "Nagetive thoughts", because they used to go on and on, that nagging voice, in my head.

Nagetive Thoughts - “You’re not good enough. You’re not worth it. You could never do that.”

These chosen beliefs manifested in my body through addictions to love and neediness, shopping, food, alcohol and drugs. I was selling myself short.

Once I began to consciously correct my thought patterns this naturally shifted into the choices I made.

I began to see the difference in my attitude and when these voices began to murmur I was quick to tell them to "shut up!" #stfu.

I chose to think the opposite of my negative thoughts and expect the best outcomes for me.

The challenges were designed to add direction, purpose and value to my daily life. They encouraged me to embrace me, the good and the bad and most importantly, the ugly.

Once this shift in my mind took place the possibilities and opportunities I encountered were amazing.
